City Seeks Requests for Proposals for the Historical Hacienda of New Port Richey, Florida
The City of New Port Richey on Florida’s West Coast invites qualified bidders to submit Letters of Interest for the lease/acquisition and historic preservation of the vacant property generally known as, “The Hacienda of New Port Richey.” Built in 1922, the 2-story concrete block structure features a Spanish design with a basement and tower. The Hacienda is on record as a historic structure and was used as a hotel in the 1900’s. It is on 0.79 acres and includes 21,763 SF heated/cooled improvements. (PRWEB Jul 17, 2006)
